Privacy Policy
Short version: the app collects nothing. It runs fully offline, with no telemetry and no account.
The app collects no data
FIRDesign runs fully offline. It has no telemetry, requires no account, and collects no personal data. It does not phone home, send usage statistics, or transmit your projects, measurements or filters anywhere. Everything you do stays on your own machine.
License activation is offline
Unlocking the full version is done with an offline, login-free license key that is verified locally on your device. Activation does not contact any server and sends no information back to us.
Purchases
Purchases of FIRDesign are handled by our storefront, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. When you buy, you provide your details (such as your name, email and payment information) directly to the storefront, which processes the payment and any applicable taxes. We do not see or store your payment-card details. Your purchase is subject to the storefront's own privacy policy.

We use your email address only to deliver your license key and to respond to support requests. We do not sell or share it, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Support correspondence
If you contact us for support, we keep the messages you send (and any details you choose to include) only as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the issue.
Children
FIRDesign and this site are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version on this page.
